We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels caused by the courier. We currently do not offer worldwide shipping.

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of earrings, which are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
