All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We offer the following delivery services:

UK Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch.

UK Express Delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions these will be clearly advertised on our website.

Where applicable, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is not available, we will provide estimated delivery timelines.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, J&G is not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider.
