Return Policy
We want you to love your J&G piece — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
 - Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
 - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
 - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Email us at contactus@jasmineandgold.com or use our automated email form on the Contact us page. Reference your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
 - Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
Need a different size or item? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate
your request.
If your item was a gift, we can offer a credit note to the gift recipient, valid for use on our online store. This is subject to the return eligibility.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
